I believe we're Expecting one, but with so much going on, I would be prepared to do double duty.
As they walk in everyone takes a seat. She takes a seat to the left of the pilot, as N'thek sits behind him.
Oh Lieutenant. This is our Flight officer, Lt Hanes. Lt Hanes, our Tac Officer Lt N'thek.

Pleasure to meet you. We need to get back. I hope the Captain didn't beat us to the ship.
With that he closes the hatch, and the ship gently lifts of the deck, and exits the Hangar for deep space towards Cestus III.

He smiles at Larson.
"A pleasure, Mister Larson."
He extends his hand out, despite knowing that naturally, they're a bit cool to the touch.
"I'm looking forward to it. I've heard she's quite a ship. I've also heard that she's quick and lethal when needed. Add to that being armed to the teeth."

He smiles as his hand is shook.
Oh that she is sir. And may I say, Thank you for the oppurtunity to serve under your command. I have been on the ship ever since she was commisioned. Despite the inferior Warp chamber, she's one of the best I've ever been on.
He leads the captain to the airlock, as they step aboard the Type IX shuttle.

He ponders her query, as he takes a sip of the Beverage.
Well, I had a difficult childhood at best. My parents were devout Vulcans, and tried their best to bring me up the same. But I had aproblem dealing with my emotions. I have seen clerics, and specialist. My parent spent alot of time, and effort to have me do as the teaching of Surak. By the time I was 15 of your earth years in age, I had grown an affection for a classmate. She, at the time shared this emotional attachment, but kept it hidden. Unfortunately a few of my fellow classmates would find out about our affair, and publically ridicule me, and her. Her parents ended the relationship by relocating her. My parents, dismayed by my actions sort even stronger measures to help me purge my emotions. Then one day, my class mates had sabotaged my meditation candles. The object was to cause the wax to give off a rancid smelly gas. Unfortunately, they did the formula improperly, and it cause a fire ball that would set my home ablaze. My Parent would die trying to get me to safety. Unfortunately, none of my surviving relatives wanted to take a chance with a radical such as myself. Stating my age precludes that my Journey should be alone. So I was sent to the Vahklas colony, where a group of Vulcans of the V'tosh ka'tur are free to use their emotions, and completed my education.

She listened intensely, only pausing a few times for a sip of her beverage. She felt sad for what had happened to his parents, as well to his first love.
So you really never known another way. But how you know so much about Humna behaivor?

As the V'tosh ka'tur literally means "Vulcan without logic", I found myself with the freedom, yet no true way of controlling it. Mditation helped in short term, but I needed a guide. His name was Randall Marcus. He bought me t Erth. I worked at his parents Bakery. Got to see real human behaivor. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. All from a place called Muskegon. Him, and his family took me in as family. And showed me how humans dealed wth their emotions, and I pretty much used them as a template. From their I enrolled in the Starfleet Academy...
He then hears the annoucement from Lt Moragami.
I believe you are needed on the Bridge. I hope we can continue this later.

Time Passes as the Delta Flyer arrived at the Columbia, just as the Captains shuttle gets it's first glimpse of the Majestic ship.

She would still be making last minute checks with all decks when she got the report that the Captain would be arriving by shuttle in the main shuttle bay, as well as a couple other officers
After the warp core check, she would make her way down to the Shuttle bay to meet with the other officers, and the Captain, and welcome them aboard, hoping the Captain would be pleased with the work she has done
She arrived into the shuttle bay a good 5 minutes before the Captan's shuttle would land in the shuttle bay. She would look out a veiwport and see a shuttle pass by on the outside of the docking rings and she could sense that the Captain was aboard and was getting a grand view of the ship
She turned a glance to the main shuttle bay doors as they began to open and she saw the star field that stretched out beyong the shuttle bay doors. She watched and waited as the Captain's shuttle made an appearance and made it's way in for a smooth landing. She pressed forward, with a smile, as she was a bit eager to meet the new Captain

As the shuttle approached the gleaming hull that made up the Sovereign-class vessel, he was admittedly awed at the scope of the beauty of the ship. As they continued to approach, he couldn't help but smile and actually had to wipe a tear away from the amazement of the beauty and sleekness of the ship now.
To him, the sight was nothing short of breath-taking and awe-inspiring, and no words could properly describe the feelings that filled him. Columbia was a colossal ship, one that he hoped would be truly worthy of the legacy of the first starship to be named Columbia. He would also remember what he had read about an ancient Earth orbital shuttle named Columbia, and the legacy that their geographically diverse crew left behind.
When the shuttle came around from the wide angle U-turn and he saw the ship head-on, he again had to fight tears, being reminded that the ship is a product of great engineering, something that Brexen had a great passion for.
In his mind, he could actually hear her voice confirm that.
~She's absolutely beautiful, Crio. Take good care of her, and she'll always bring you home.~
His lower lip trembled slightly at that remark, and he wiped yet another tear away.
As they came over the saucer section, he looked at the hull details, and smiled broadly as he saw the vessel's registry in huge letters and numbers: "NCC-74002" and just beyond that, closer to the dome of the bridge, he saw "USS COLUMBIA"
~Take good care of your crew, Crio. They will be relying on you to get them through whatever may come their way. Promise me that.~ he heard Brexen's voice again say.
"I will..." he said just below whisper level.
As the shuttle arced back around to go toward the shuttlebay, he noticed some of the crew in the bay, along with a Delta Flyer-class shuttle, and was very surprised at the beauty of it.
When the shuttle touched down, he nodded toward Larson.
"Thank you, Mister Larson." he said, extending his hand.
He would then stand up from the seat he was in, and looked toward the doors of the shuttle, willing to follow formalities, he lets Larson lead the way as the escort.

Larson somewhat awed by the sight of the Columbia as well. Seems every time he sees her, he smiles as though she is the most beautiful thing in the universe. Yet he concentrated on giving the Captain an Unobstructed view. He leans back a bit as he takes her into a U turn to show off the Bow of the ship, and starts climbing above the saucer section. As he caught a glimpse of the Captain he smiled as he saw him taken back by the view. He slowly descended as he passed the saucer section, and made a tighter U turn, and headed for the Hanger, and softly touched down.
"Thank you, Mister Larson.", as he took his hand and gave him a hearty handshake.
Anytime Captain. I hope I make you as proud of me, as this beautiful ship. With that he began powering down systems on the shuttle and opening the rear hatch.

He follows Larson out of the shuttle, and looks around at the crew in the bay.
