She lets out a soft Gasp, as she hears Omega spoken. A short-lived, highly unstable molecule, believed to be the most powerful substance in the known universe. Some Federation cosmologists theorize that Omega existed in nature at the instant of the Big Bang, when the universe as we know it was born. How is this possible?

Omega? As a weapon? But how?

Knowing what she is about to state must remain classified, even in a War situation.
What I'm about to state, no one can reveal outside of Contact with anyone in Starfleet. Including all our allies.
In 2387, a shock wave explosion on Starbase 140 cause massive damage to Cestus Yards. Lieutenant Elita Jarani was researching a Zentradi substance that has been identified as.....Protoculture.
Originally believed to be an Organic substance, Protoculture has some unique qualities. One of which is the prescience of Nobolium. An element that is hard to produce, and there are no natural occurrence of it existing, except Protoculture. We believe this is the substance that keeps Omega stable. Somehow, the Tholians, and Remans have this knowledge. Possibly from the clones of Captain Greene, and Commander Kramer.
Knowing this, we can only assume the Orion Syndicate is involved. Complicating our mission in Archanis are the Klingons. They have developed a weapon from the Dominion War. The Klingons have a hidden weapons research facility on Archanis IV. They have been developing the Breen Weapon that was ineffective on Klingon ships, but very much effective on others. They have taken it to the next step. It's now as powerful to render an area of a Planet with out power. Defenseless, and helpless. If this weapon falls into the Tholians, or Remans hands.....there will be no stopping them.

Why would the Klingons be harboring a weapon that they intend to use on us Admiral, isn't that an act of betrayal?

In sensed by Norelle's statement she turns her head. Klingons have honor, to reveal such a secret to ones allies would prove so. Would the Federation do the same?

ENOUGH! I already have one war to deal with, lets not start another.
Solina, I want you, and Pormea to work out a detail to help find that weapon. Karlassa, I have read you know this planet well, so I want you in on this too. We will meet up with the Klingon forces in 2 hours, as well the USS Sutherland will be there, so we will have some support. Until then we are at Yellow alert. I want security with firearms ready. You all are dismissed.

((Sorry for the delay in responses here))
"Omega as a weapon??" she repeats.
Shaking her head slowly, she can't believe it, but the realization hits her that such a device is the ultimate doomsday weapon.
"If the Klingons have such a weapon, that can prove very useful in taking out these warships that are equipped with the Omega device, and we'd need to make sure the Klingons can finish this weapon and be able to use it.
However, if the Tholians and Remans know of its existence, then that's a safe bet as to why they're here, to either destroy it or commandeer it."
She purses her upper lip, a bit incensed at the thought of such a weapon as the energy dampener in the hands of those who've already laid waste to the Cestus system and the other shipyards destroyed.
"Yes, ma'am. How recent is our information on the surface installations?
I'll see about digging out the most appropriate gear for a ground combat mission. If you have in mind of sending an assault team down, I want to make sure that team has the best chances of survival."

As the Admiral abruptly dismissed them, she watches as she makes a quick and cold exit. Befuddled with her behavior, she rises, and states.
Excuse the Admiral with the abrupt ending. I'm sure she has a lot going on with her. But I can help. Solina, I want you and Karlassa to coordinate all you can on this facility. I'm sure Karlassa has some knowledge that can help in a ground assault. Of course I will be leading the mission. Also Karlassa, there should be fresh intelligence from the USS Sutherland. Perhaps some new information can get us a better view of the Landscape. Pormea, I need you to coordinate with General K'turan. He was in charge of the facility as well. From what I hear they will be joining us for this mission. I want the most effective weapons for this mission. If we need to obliterate the facility, then lets do it completely. Doctor, I hope you up to snuff on Klingon physiology, because there are massive casualties when we arrive. Any further questions?

Little to none. As of now our forces are split between us, and the Sutherland. 4 Bird of Pray, and Klingon gunship, and a Klingon Battle cruiser. We are hoping to use the Klingon's as a diversion for the many fleet, as the Constitution, and the Battle cruiser transport the teams down to the planet. We will remain in orbit for as long as it take, or if any Tholian, and Reman forces spot us. Then all I can tell you is we will perform a fast beam out.

As the other stand and talk...Lt. Mitchen makes his way out of the room right after the Admiral. He now heads to engineering to start his work.

"Acknowledged, ma'am. I think this may be a good time to break out our complement of Hazard Team gear. Commander Tuvok designed a special operations uniform for extremely dangerous missions for an elite group code-named the Hazard Team. Captain Picard of the Enterprise was privileged to see this team in action as well, and has made provisions that would allow for all deep space explorer ships and tactical combat ships to have such an elite team onboard.
The suits have a portable transporter buffer to store gear in. Once I get a better idea on what sort of resistance we can expect, I'll determine what weapons and gear are appropriate. It would help to have a field medic present, or at least someone with proper field first-aid training."
She heads to her console to look over the preparations for the battle and to make sure all weapons arrays are ready.
((The Hazard Team is an elite group of surgical strike officers, often taken from the Security department. There are occasions where a technician is needed on a mission and this officer is usually from the Operations department. It is also advised that the team have at least one field medic.
The overall Hazard Team, which can be broken into various smaller teams for missions requiring multiple points of attack, has a primary commanding officer and a second-in-command, usually hand-picked by the security chief. Alternately, the security chief can be the commanding officer of the team.
During a mission, the team or teams involved will receive orders from the starship/starbase commanding officer, first officer, or security chief.
Teams often consist of officers with the following roles: Infiltration Specialist Sniper Demolitions Expert Heavy Weapons Specialist
Extra team positions include: Medic Technician Shuttle Pilot Quartermaster
For more information, see the video games "Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force" and "Star Trek: Elite Force 2"))

I agree there Miss Mileke. We will simply be a infiltration, recovery, and demolition crew on this mission. If there is nothing else. Dismissed.

Admirals Log Stardate: 66500.15
We are approaching the rendevouz point with the Klingon Battlecruiser IKS D'hural, and the USS Sutherland. General K'unra, and Captain Tholia have gathered the remaining Klingon ships in one last ditch effort to take on the Tholian, and Reman forces on Archanis III. But we are outnumbered, and out gunned. They will meet me here on the Victoria, as we go over the specifics of this weapon, and why we need to destroy it.
