This is where the USS Victoria crewmembers gather for social or to eat.

Tashaonda walks into Eight Forward, making her way towards a table next to the port window. Once a waiter comes over to her she would order Stamp and Go, a spicy-hot fritters popular in Jamaica, along with a pineapple drink. As the waiter goes off to get her order, she would take a look of who is in the lounge so far.
Some moments later, the waiter comes back with her food and drink. She did not say much to him, but only gave him a glance after he set her plate and glass down on the table. She begins to eat her food slowly, enjoying the spicey food.

The Fleet Admiral entered the Lounge, and see's Commander Wilson. She walks coolie over to her table.

Tashaonda heard someone from behind her, looking over her shoulder to see who it was and saw that it was FltAdm Lucifel. She stood up when Vanessa came closer.
"No, Ma'am, I do not mind at all. Please, have a seat and try one these.", she replied to her in her native accent.
Tashaonda would offer her the spicy fritter she was eating. Although it is very spicy to the taste, she always loved eating the dish. It was one of her weaknesses.

She takes a seat, and takes a bite of the fritter that Commander Wilson offered.
Mmmmmmm fritters....spicy. Haven't had one of those in awhile. So Commander how we settling in? I hope you like the ship, we put the latest technology in her, and besides I want to keep my CO's happy.
She smiles with the statement.

Tashaonda gave a smirk as Vanessa reacted to the taste of the spice fritters. It does pack one heck of a punch for one's taste buds. She knew of another drink from her native place that can pack a punch to one senses as well.
"I am settling in just like any other Commanding Officer would, Ma'am. As for the ship, of course I like it. Especially when it is named after a Queen of England.", she replied to her.
She does enjoy her ship so far and sure will like its ablities that it has. She even have faith in her crewmember's abilities. Tashaonda picks up another fritter and eats it with hardly effect to her taste buds, considering that she is use to eating them.

She coughs a bit, and catches herself.
Good to hear, your Marine CO is a tough nut. I hope you don't have trouble with her. Her discipline is exemplinary, but she had some hard times with past CO's.
She grabs a glass of water, and takes a few sips.

Tashaonda laughs a bit as she slowly takes a drink from her glass. She sees that the MCO and her has a lot in common already.
"So was I, Ma'am. I have gave my Commanding Officers so much heatache to where they do not know what to do about me, but they knew how well I do my job.", she replied to her.
She places her glass onto the table and orders some more fritters and her usal drink from a passing waiter. The waiter took the order and went to get the order that was requested. A minute later, he comes back with another plate of fritters and her glass of drink, placing it on the table infront of both of them.

She has a plate of fritters placed in front of her, smiles and nods to the waiter. She begins to take a bite.
She has been exemplinary officer, but she tends to put her life before others. She has been called reckless, and her record has suffered for it. She was passed over for Command three times prior, but she has the admiration, and respect of nearly every battallion she served for. Tell you the truth, I need a Marine like that for the 14th fleet. The question is, can you deal with her commander?

Tashaonda continued to listen to her as she slowly ate another fritter. She smiled a bit as Vanessa talked more about the new MCO. Remindered her a lot like her brothers.
"You have not meet my brothers have you? If I can handle my brothers without a hitch, I can handle her with no problem at all.", she replied to her with a slight laughter.
Her brothers were known to be reckless and handstrong at times, also putting their own lives before others.

She laughs lightly at her retort.
Well I'm busy crewing the Federation, and I see the Victoria is shaping up nicely. I figure I fill you in on the situation we just stumbled on.
The Crusader has came up with soem information on our pirates. I will be taking the Federation to Angosia III, and then to Cardassia Prime following the leads on the Temporal mine, and this anomally they recovered about possible genetic engineered Klingons. While I am on this romp, I need you to shore up this area in place of the Federation. If you need additional crew, let me know. I need the Victoria up and running.
She takes another bite of her fritters.

Tashaonda slowly eats her fritter, listening to what Vanessa has to say. She is thankful for her help in getting her ship crewed.
"Thank you, Ma'am. Once I have enough crew on board, I do have plans to head towards Starbase Farpoint Station and check upon them. I do know someone on that station, that I have been in contact on a regular basis until recently. For the past few weeks, I was not able to hear anything from him. Matter in fact, I was not able to hear anything from anyone from that station when I tried to contact them. Something is not right, Ma'am.", she said to her.
Although her face did not show it, but she was very concern of how quiet things were on the Farpoint Station. She felt like she needs to go and find out what is going on.

That sounds serious. I think you better go investigate. Farpoint station is very important, we lose that SB140 will be the only facility in the area.

Tashaonda gave a single nod in agreement. Of course, she would felt better if she has a Chief Medical Officer on board, plus a few more crewmembers, before heading towards the SB.
"I have all intensive purposes to go as soon as possible, Ma'am. I am hoping that I would get a CMO, plus a few more members, in order to go immediately.", she replied to her.
She would let Vanessa have the last remaining fritter that is on the plate, picking up her glass and finish drinking it.

She balks on the last fritter, and takes a napkim and clean up.
I know, and I promise I will get you your needed crew. I need a CMO, and a Engineer myself, but Farpoint is way to important. As soon as you get your needed crew, I want you underway.
She stands.
It's been a pleasure dining with you. Thank you Commander. I will do what I can for you.
With that she gives an affirming nod, and exits.
