At ease Lietenant, and have a seat.
I hope you had no problem finding your quarters. This is a small ship, but it doesen't make it less confusing. She gives a polite smile, as she shuffles through the PADDS.
According to your Personal records....you were last stationed at Utopia Planatia, as a Defense Pilot. I see you have great skills ina fighter. Do you know why I selected you as my new Helms Officer?

::She stands, and turns to a viewport::
You have shown ability. Ability to get the most out of your craft. No such piloting have been seen since the Dominion Wars.
She turns back to her.
In short order, you impressed me. I was in the Grandstands when I saw you pull a Garrick 260 Delta. Only a few pilots can do that. Even Captain Garrick would of been proud to see you do that.
The Crusader is a small ship, highly maneuvarable. The sector of space we are exploring is riddled with Orion pirates, Gorn, and some probable illegal Tholian incursion. We will face some fierce fights along the way. When we leave Starbase 42, I wanted the best I could find for this ship.
Albeit, the Crusader is not the most comfortable of ships. It has been compared to the ships of the 23rd Century. But she has been modified. I boosted her fire power, and upgraded her command controls. This is her last refit, that I know of, and I want you to fly her.
She extends her hand to the Lieutenant.
Welcome aboard the USS Crusader Lieutenant.

Thank you ma'am, won't let you down. So far this is the biggest ship I have been on. Can't wait to meet the rest of the crew. ::she stands with a smile::

Ahhhh Lietenant Teshurr, I see you made it to the Crusade. Welcome aboard, I hope you excuse the mess. The Crusade was rushed into service, and we have alot of modifications made to her. I want you to go over the security upgrades, I think you will find them interesting.
::She hands him the PADD::
Also, you have noticed we have a small ship here. Your security team basically consist of 12 including yourself. I'm hoping Commodore Gunn can spare 4 more from Starbase 140. Did you check out the brig yet?

::Standing at attention and listening to Captain Greene. Teshurr take the PADD from her.::
Ma'am, I will go out and cleck the brig once we are done here. I felt it important to report here first and meet my new commander. I just wish to say it is a honor to serve with you and on this ship.
::reads a small piece of what is on the PADD, then turn back to the Captain.::
Ma'am, 12 members of a ship security team is pretty small even for a ship this size. I do hope you can get Commodore Gunn to share thou four.
::read more, then looks back to the Captain::
If you have nothing more for me, I would like to get started here. It looks like I will have a hands fill before we leave the station.

I understand your concern. I'm not sure what the Fleet Admiral expects us to do with such a small number myself. As of yet, we only have a crew of about 40, if we're going to protect the shipping lanes with the Gorn, we're going to need more security.
OK Lieutenant, I'll keep you informed on the personell arriving. Dismissed.
