She looked back at Yuna, hearing her remark.
"The last time I played dabo, I had been out of the Academy for three weeks... The Ferengi proprietor decided he wanted to get a much more intimate look at me because I had raked in about twelve bars of latinum. He figured he would... 'distract' me. Simply put, I didn't take kindly to his methods, and... let's just say he learned never to try his 'distraction methods' on me or any other woman again."
She added a slight smile with that, as she had thoroughly enjoyed beating the tar out of that Ferengi.

She listened to Anise as she turned to her and told her of the last time she played dabo back just after she graduated. She smiled a bit at the idea of getting the much more intimate look at her then focused on the 12 bars of latinum she won
When she finished, her smile widened "Way to go. Teach that Ferengi not to mess with a woman just because she is attractive" She then looked a bit thoughtful "I wonder if it's the same Ferengi that i lost some latinum, and a few shirts, to?
She shuddered at the memory of the Ferengi leering at her

Anise's eyebrows raise a bit at that question of whether it's the same Ferengi.
"That depends... Where did your run-ins occur?"

She thought for a moment before answering "At Deep Space 9. There was this one Ferengi. He seemed pretty friendly, talk me into a found spins of dabo and then I end up losing my shirt to him"

She stops to think for a moment, and then goes to the console and calls up an image.
"Might this be that Ferengi in question?"

Since there were nothing on Tactical sensors, she went over and looked at the image Anise brought up on her console. Her eyes widened and she looked at Anise, then back to the image Yes, that's the devious schmuck that owes me a good week's worth of shirts" For some reason, she giggled at that

She nods and then looks back at Yuna.
"That's Quark, the proprietor of Quark's Bar and Casino. He also owns the only holosuites on Deep Space Nine.
All security trainees are required to read the security reports on this Ferengi. Sometimes he can be honest, but by and large, he cannot be trusted. He also has a somewhat traditional Ferengi view of women, wanting to see them remarkably scantily clothed, if at all.
He had claimed that one of his patrons had made a bet with him about wanting to know how many spots I had and how far down they go... I tried to politely get him to back off, saying that was very personal... When he didn't, I warned him what would happen.. He again pressed the issue, and by time I got through with him, he ended up in their medical bay for at least a full day."

Commander Teshurr gets off the turbolift just in time to hear the crew talking about Quark and his dabo trables.
Ladies...I hope we have more importance things to do here on the bridge then talk about that rat face Fergeni on DS 9. If not I am sure I could find something on the ship that need work. Do you get what I am saying!
As Teshurr turns his back to those on the bridge a small smile comes to his lips as heads to the Captain's RR. Because he know went it come to playing "good cop" ..."bad cop", He is mostly the "bad cop".

She looked down at the visage of the Ferengi on the screen "Quark" she muttered as Anise has introduced his name
She looked back to Anise as she told her that all Security trainees are given information about him. Sometimes, he can be honest but most of the time, he is devious and dishonest. She tried to remember when he was honest but she couldn't "Typical Ferengi man" she grumbled as Anise told her that he has a typical Ferengi attitude towards women, that he liked them scantily clothed or not clothed at all
She didn't mind not being clothed, as long as she was in a comfortable environment with people she knew. Betazoids were generally comfortable being nude as it showed others they had nothing to hide and were not ashamed of their bodies
He had claimed that one of his patrons had made a bet with him about wanting to know how many spots I had and how far down they go..." She smiled a bit at that but she didn't comment "I tried to politely get him to back off, saying that was very personal..." She gave a slight nod, agreeing that would be a personal issue not to be discussed openly "When he didn't, I warned him what would happen.. He again pressed the issue, and by time I got through with him, he ended up in their medical bay for at least a full day."
She shook her head, but smiled as she told him that "Some Ferengi just don't know the meaning of the word no. They persist in.." She is interrupted by the Commander's voice and she jumped a little, startled
"Yes, Commander. I get what you're saying. I was just telling Anise here how much I despise that "rat faced Ferengi' I'd rather fire him out a torpedo tube then to see his face again"
She walked back over to her tactical control board and glanced at the Commander's back. She raised a brow slightly as she thought she felt satisfaction coming from him, as if he enjoyed breaking up the little discussion. She glanced back toward Anise and gave her a knowing look

She would gulp a little at the response by their Andorian first officer, and having heard many rumors about how quick-tempered they can be, she decided it would be best not to risk pushing her luck.
She did glance back at Yuna and inaudibly mouthed something to her.
"We can continue that conversation later.."
She went back to work at her station, reviewing the security preparations for their new equipment, and the criminal activities reports for the sector.

She gave a nod to Anise, with a bit of a smile, when she silently spoke to her that we could continue the conversation later
With that, she turned back toward her tactical control board, checking sensors, shileds and weapons inventory

As she works on checking the security reports, she would be humming a tune to herself that she's been working on learning to play.

As she finished the weapon's inventory, she picked up a couple notes from Shelaas' humming. She turned her head slightly so she could hear better and she liked what she heard, even though she didn't recognize the tune
She turned to look back over to Anise, keeping her voice low "nice tune" She whispered

She would glance around as she heard someone whisper to her, but wasn't quite sure who, until she saw Yuna looking in her direction.
Knowing she was Betazoid, and telepathically inclined, hopefully far less aggressively than their purplish-skinned passenger earlier, she would smile a little.
In her mind, she would make an attempt to project a message toward her, unsure if it would work, as she had never before exercised that ability, much less even knew about it before the overwhelming experience with the clone.
~....Thanks....~ is what she projected, although it was extremely weak, considering her earlier experience.
As she did that, a sense of great fear was present of having a repeat of what had happened with their purple friend, and how she was treated by his brand and incredible strength of telepathy.
