He then looks to the tiger and studies him/her for a moment, before Lt Knera asked him how he is holding up

turning back to Lt Knera, he'd reply, "just fine, Lt", giving her a winning smile

Your crew might end up hating me by the time I am finshed here. But I am use to that. They might also think that you do not trust them. Once this all comes out and such. Who knows it may not be as bad as when I have had to do this on other ships.
