After Ensign Algren leave the flight deck. Lt. Ricco enter his office and gets right on his console. He starts his report on Ensign Tom Algren. But before he start, he sent Lt. Commander Morgan a short report on his action and why. the report goes as follow:
Commander Morgan, I am senting you a report on Ensign T. Algren. I hate to inform you that the Ensign has missed his last four training exercises. In most cases I would had put him on report and grounded him. But I do beleive he is going through some hard time and in my opinion I think he could be a good pilot, but not rigth now.
Since I am the Flight Deck Commander of this station, I will not sent him back up till I think he is ready. I have starting him on a training course and if and went he finish the course you will get back your Ensign.
I also want he cleck out by the medical people too...that mean a physical and mental tested both done before he get behind the stick again too. In closing, I will be senting this report to the Admiral too. I hope that Ensign Algren passed his training, because you need all the "good" pilots you came find out here.
