Sitting back and lisiten to the Ferengis, Max drinks his coffee and reads so of the treaty.
Frankie...smiles...I see here that Ferengi Trade Mission has left alot of things wide open went it come to their so call "business". Why would they have open a lounge instead of a real Trade Mission here on my starbase? And could you tell me what type of trade you are hoping to get from those who stop here?

Very good questions Commodore. I like a person who is straight forward and right to the point. I will answer both questions with one answer so I don't take up alot of your time. As you know that our culiture is based entirely on commerce. And we feel the best place to deal with those who are not Ferengi is to have a business deal done in a place that would make one feel at easy and on this station that would be my lounge. By the way I have been assign here by the Ferengi Commerce Authority and I am their agent here. This mean I came broker any and all treaty and business deals, as I see fit for the home world in this part of space. As for what I am here to trade for ...well that very simple...any and every thing. And may I say for what I have seem here so far. This will be one of the best profit place I ever been assign to. So does that answers your question?

Well Max feels that this is the best answer he going to get from the Ferengi who is sitting just across from him. Max just nods and repley.
Well thank you for your answer. But I would like to tell you this. At this time under station rules. I will be senting my chief of security to your lounge weeky to cleck in with you to see that everthing is going ok at your establshment. And by the way, That ensign who just walk out of my office is the new head of my Security...smiles....And Frankie a word to the wise, she isn't to be fool with...undersatnd what I am saying. Now is there anything else you wish to talk about. I still have alot of things to get to this day.

Yes..I have just one more thing to discuss. If you look at Article 152...sub paragraph B. you will see it state that we...the Ferengi can add gambling to our establishment with the sole agreement of the station commander. And since you are the station commander, Commodore...I am asking you if I could add some gambling tables to the lounge? No less then 4..no more then 10. And these would be Dabo tables, Tongo tables and maybe one Dom Jot table. I think it would help add to the station business..if those out there knew this.

Max sit back in his chair and thinks about this one.
Frankie...I will need to get premission from the Admiral about this one. But I can assure you that your establishment will be about to have some kind of gambling tables. But at this time I can't say what they will be and how many you well be able to get. I hope that answer your question about that. Now if you are done, I will need to get back to more station business. I do thank you for stopping by this day. And feel free to stop by anything. And by the way, I will be droping by the place to see what you have done to it.

not to sure about the answer he got from the Commodore. Frek gets up.
Well Sir, once you hear about the gambling thing. I would like to know you answer. Can't make profits with equipments sitting on a Ferengi's freighter someplace out in space... came we? I will take my leave from you now...And I will love to see you at the "Galaxy". It would help the business if Commodore Gunn showed up. Frek winks, turns and heads out back to the lounge.

She enters to see the somewhat stoic Commodore behind his desk, apparently very busy, and a tad surprised to see her walk in.

She stood in a somewhat, relaxed stance, as she listened to the Commodore.
It was interesting to say the least. I've met your Tac officer, and security officer along the way.
Shocked at hearing she will be the Wing commander, her facial expression shows she is awed by the annoucement.
Wing Commander? I won't let you down sir.

She takes a seat, sitting a bit provacative for a fighter pilot, with a warm smile.
I believe she will be on her way shortly, she joined me for a small drink. Oh tea will be fine. Sir.....my appointment has nothing to do with my sister does it?

Hearing Steph call out for tea, Max nods and walks over to the replicator. He gets her a tea with milk, suger, and lemon on the side. As alway he gets himself a coffee..black. Place all items on a small tray and place it in the middle of his desk so they both could get to it.
First off Lt. ... You are not here because of your sister. You are here because I am in need of a good fighter pilot and someone who came teach my new pilots just what going to happen to them out here. I read over 100 transferes and your was the only one that called out to me. And if anyone wanted you here, it was me. You can't believe what it took to get you off the Crusader. And if Commander Greene knew she skin me alive...smile Lt....I asked for a fighter wing and the Admiral got me one. But what she forgot to tell me..the wing would be make of all green pilots. Most with 1 or 2 years fighter training and the rest just out of STA. And none with any combat missions under their belts. It will be up to you to get them up to where you need them to be. But let me tell you this....Time is not of our side here. I need this wing up and combat ready as soom as I can. That Lt. is the reason you are here. I may not have goten a wing fill of good pilots...But d**n I will have the best person in SF to train what we do have here. Do we have understand Lt? With that out of the way, Max pick up his coffee...sits back and looks at Steph.
So..how was your trip here? smiles

She takes her tea, and nods gently to the Commodore.
My trip was.....different. I flew the Stiletto the entire trip. Refueling was....difficult, but I got a lay of the land so to speak. I see there is alot of traffic into this area, and the pirates have them all in fear. I heard rumors of a Bird Of Prey that has no life signs on board, and how several Klingon's would attack. But they won't kill you because they want information. What you carrying, where your going. These do not sound like Klingon's sir.
