She tries to pick up the warp signature, but is unable to determine it.
From what I got of it, I haven't seen anything like this. The dispersal rate, the frequency.....some of these numbers are impossible.

"Good. Perhaps you could bring us up to speed while we continue on patrol.", she replied to Kestra.
Cmdr Wilson kept her sight on the viewscreen, listened to her crewmembers. She was able not only pick up every word that they said, but every little tap they made. The smaller noises that everyone else did not hear, she was able to pick up. Her bloody hyperacute hearing can be very annoying at times, but also useful too. Once in awhile, she did get headaches, but she would never show that she was having a headache.
She was quite curious what could be causing an unknown warp signature. "What information do you have?", she asked Lt Duvall.

She turns towards Ops and moved over to the console, peering over her left shoulder to look at the readouts. After a moment, she nodded and said to Ops
"That's the same warp configurations that I had recieved on the Striker. I couldn't make nothing of them either. I wonder how my replacement is making out with them"
She said that last bit as an afterthought, then turned toward the Commander as she spoke to her, looking slightly apologetic
"I know about as much as you do, Commander. Perhaps we can all figure this out together"

"Probably having as much trouble trying to find found as you did.", Tashaonda would reply back.
Cmdr Wilson did wonder if it was a new form of species that came through or someone came up with a newer technology that is hard to come up with. She wondered which direction did the warp signature came from and which direction it went to. Perhaps it would give them a bit more information. She hated not knowing the problem is. She always wanted to be in control and did not like it having things out of her control.
"I want all available information that everyone can find. Contact Admiral Gunn to find out what is our current situation.", she continued to say.

She begins to go over the data she collected, and then recieves a communication from the striker.
Commander, the Striker has picked up a ship on the LRS. So far all clear in this area, and I have no more reading of the warp signature. Perhaps the Pirates playing games?

Listening to Kestra, and then Hiedi.
Perhaps that shockwave was a signal to the Pirates to attack the star base.
Then again, I doubt they had anything that powerful in their arsenal. Maybe we should stick around a bit Commander.

She heard Ops and then turned to see the Marine Captain as she spoke, both to the Commander. She held a thoughtful expression for a moment, before she said to the commander
"I agree. I think we should stay and perhaps observe what happens"
She then turns to then Tactical Officer
"Does that ship that headed for the Striker register on our sensors, Lt?"

Tail-Kinker heard the new first officer address her and her ears, and eyes turn in the first officer's direction.
"Long Range sensors are picking up what seems to be a vessel and before I can determine what kind of vessel is is, it disappears. It is frustrating"
Her whiskers and tail twitch to emphasize that comment. She looked back to her console and tapped some keys, re-calibrating the sensors. By the time she is done, there is a 5.7% increase in sensor effencientcy. Now the ship is on her sensors but not disappearing, but she still can't tell what ship class it is. Turning to the Ops officer, she says
"Do your sensors pick up the ship that's on course for the Striker?"

Before Ops can answer her, she hears her console bleep at her. She looks down, then to Commander Wilson
"We are recieving a hail from the Striker, Madam Commander."
Her ear twitched, wondering what the Madam came from, then she mutters to herself, "Must be the fairies.."
( note: The line "Must be the fairies" comes from a Playstation game "Final Fantasy 8". I know I'm not the only one that's heard or played the game.. lol )

Cmdr Tashaonda Wilson listened to what each bridge crewmember were saying. She sneered a bit when she heard something about Pirates.
"I would not pass it by them playing games or tricks. All pirates are noted for pulling any tricks out of the book to get what they want. But not on my watch will they.", she repled.
She looked over at MCpt Croft and gave her a nod, agreeing with her. "Yes, we should. Prepare your marines for any possible intruders.", she would say to her.
Knowing the Pirates, she knew that the Pirates have something up their sleeves and are always willing to take risks. She looked over at the viewscreen, hearing that Striker is hailing them.
"On screen, Lt.", she replied.

"On screen, Lt.", Tail kinker heard from the Commander upon hearing of the incomming hail from the Striker
Her hand then moved over to a key on her console, pressing it, transferring the Striker's hail from her console, to the main veiwscreen
"It is on Screen, Commander"

Upon hearing of the incomming hail from the Striker, Kestra, still in her Ensign's uniform, joking said to the Commander
"They are probably checking to see if I made it alright with all the turbulance going on"
She giggled a bit then turned toward the viewscreen, with a smile, as the hail was transferred

Her face appears on the viewscreen.
To all Federation ships in the area, we have an incoming ship. Origins unknown. We have no visual as of yet. Determination, possible hostile. To any ships along heading 289 mark 32, be prepared for possible incoming hostile. Striker out.

Just as she snaps to the Commanders orders, she turns to the screen, and catches a glimpse of the Strikers OPS officer, and listens to her words.
To all Federation ships in the area, we have an incoming ship. Origins unknown. We have no visual as of yet. Determination, possible hostile. To any ships along heading 289 mark 32, be prepared for possible incoming hostile. Striker out.
As the transmission ended, she raises her left eyebrow, and pauses a few seconds.
Let me get my Marines ready. I don't have a good feeling about this.
She enters the TL, and the door closes behind her. Her mind racing at the thought of these aliens being hostile. She taps her combadge.
Seargent King, I want all the marines on patrol, and armed. We're expecting company.

Her ears, and eyes, turned to the viewscreen as the Striker's Ops' Officer appeared on screen and warned of a possible hostile heading their direction. She nodded slightly as she had seen the vessel on her Long Range sensors
Her ears, and whiskers, would then twitch at the possibility of an attack, she would then calibrate the sensors for a 360 degree angle, not just in one bearing. She saw nothing as of yet on sensors but if anything came, she would know about it.
She then taps out a message to the Striker, letting them know that the Victoria has recieved and acknowledged the message
