She walks over to Tom, and checks the log he pulled up.
Cargo Deck 167? Isn't that where the critical supplies come through?
She checks the manifest real good, and there is one ship in the cargo deck with no flight record.
Lets check this out.

Silently miffed that someone used her command codes, she retraces her steps.
I haven't been on deck 112 since maybe 3 weeks ago during the Shock wave crisis.

Admiral Gunn tapes his combadge....
Captian Naur....let bring the Station off Red Alert. It's looks like the Fleet Admiral Lucifel didn't have anymore luck bring back our prisoner as we did holding her. I still want a full report on what did happen. And I want it as soom as you could get it. Once Lt. Commander Teshurr gets to the OPS Deck....show him right in. I don't want him speaking to anyone out there beside you. I also want all logs from everyone who was on duies on the OPS deck the last 12 hours. That mean personnel logs too. Gunn Over

As Tom looks deeper into what is going on he finds that someone from an console on deck 112 has been controling a few different cargo/shuttle bays around the ship. He find the command codes belong to Ensign Mintos. Tom looks over at Commander Morgan.
Ma'am...I think we have found something.... I have found Ensign Mintos command codes overriding systems commands for this deck and several others. It looks like they all went offline for a few seconds and them back on...it was enough time to get a small shuttle off the station without anyone realy knowing it let. But wasn't Ensign Mintos on the OPS deck at that time?

She looks around the cargo hold for any suspicious laying about.

Just then she spots something, and picks it up.
Look here. Two combadges.
She follows a small trail from the combages to an empty area where it appeared a ship was recently. She pulls out a tricorder and scans the area. The findings are so consistent
Tom, look at these readings. Ion buildup. Trace dilithium signature. Tachyeons. They had the ship RIGHT under our damn noses!.
she taps her combadge.
Morgan to OPS. We got something definite here on deck 167. Looks like the prisoner got away, and we know how.

Walking off the Crusader with the six guards, Teshurr and the other heads to the TL and head up to the OPS deck. Once they get to OPS and the doors open, they walks off. As they walks across the room...most of the crew that are at their posts looks at Lt. Commander Teshurr and his six guards...many think that Teshurr was right doing what he did and now that it was very quick..Captain Greene is back in ..most think he will be out. Teshurr walks up to Captain Naur.
Captain Naur...I am here as order by the Admiral. Is he in his Ready Room?
The Captain tell Commander Teshurr that Admiral Gunn is waiting for him. And that he should go right in.
Teshurr nods and walks into the Ready Room. As he enter into the Ready Room..two of the guard station themselve outside the door. the other four walks in with Teshurr. Once Teshurr is in front of Admiral Gunn...he goes to attendent.

As Teshurr is now standing in front of the Admiral. Max is now looking at Teshurr as Max lean back in his chair.
Mr. Teshurr...Do you know mush paper work I have to do went the Crusader comes into my Station? Do you?
Teshurr is about to speak..
Don't answer Commander Teshurr...just stand there and listen..
Max stand up and walks out from behind his desk.
Teshurr...this is going to short and right to the point. First of all...You aren't going to get a transfer. You are too good of an officer and Fleet Admiral Lucifel need all her offiers right now. So as of 1500, you are back as First Officer of the Crusader. I will inform Captain Greene myself that you are coming back. Next...You as her First Officer better get a hold of that mod that Captain Greene calls a crew. Next time one of them even looks cross eye at a non-Starfleet personnel, I am personaly going to throw them out the first airlock I find....You do understand me...Right Lt. commander?
Teshurr just nod.
Good....Now get your body back to your ship and report to your Captain. Dismiss!!! As Teshurr turn to leave..Max call out.
Teshurr...listen...Sometime went you do something that is right and you know it is...But then the World goes against you and it isn't easy. I do understand what you are going though. But all I could say...Just suck it up and don't let it eat you up.
Teshurr nods...
Aye Sir.

After Teshurr leave his Ready Room, Max open his console and sent a message to Captain Greene....
Captain...Admiral Gunn here. I have a few things to go over with you. First...As of 1500 this day Lt. Commander Teshurr will take back his duties as your First Office. I refuse his transfer and that is the end of that. But listen, I am telling you...You fix what happen between Teshurr and yourself...and fix it quickly. Next...I don't know what happen. but I will tell you this. Next time charges are fills against you..it not going to be your Fist Officer..nooo, it will be coming from my office and it will be going right to Starfleet Command. Since I have my own problems right now, I don't have time for you. But once my little problem is take care of I will be watching you...and Captain Greene ..You realy don't want that...I promise you that. And last....I haven't got the record of what danages happen at Frek place but once I get it....Your crew that was involve will pay for half the danages. And if it happen again..those involve will visit my brig like the Gorn did. So keep your people on a short chain and out of trouble on my station.

She receives the incoming message from Admiral Gunn. She listened intently, as his list of charges slipped out of his mouth. When it ended she sighed.
Understood Admiral.
With that she sat deep in her chair, looking out the view port. Watching the auxiliary craft zoom by. She then started wondering, was it the right decision to stay as Captain of the Crusader. And what she has to do to get the trust of the one person she loves back.

He receives an incoming message for LtCdr Morgan

She as well heard the comm from Morgan. Morgan to OPS. We got something definite here on deck 167. Looks like the prisoner got away, and we know how.
She was standing at a console across OPS from Kramer, compiling all reports together into one tidy report for Admiral Gunn. Once finished, she sent all the status reports directly to him, encoded so only he could receive it. Then she nodded to Kramer's suggestion.
She finally replied to Morgan. "Naru to Morgan. I want a full investigation done and a report compiled now on how you think the prisoner escaped."
Walking across OPS towards Mintos, she gave her a neutral expression, which meant she was not mad at her.
"About your security codes that were compromised. We will need to change them immediately. I will get on that. But for now, we need to find out who compromised them. I am thinking of doing a residual DNA trace on the exact console used on Deck 112. Judging by the time the DNA was left, compared with the logs of when your security codes were used, we will find our culprit."
She then turned to face Rukani, hands folded behind her back now.
"Keep on that ion trail, Ms. Lilana. I want reports every ten minutes on your progress. Look for anything, impulse trails, warp trails, cloaks, let's not rule anything out."
She then gave a dutiful nod to the OPS crew and returned to the front. Inside she was on pins and needles, anxiety going through her veins.
